Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Fruity Village ("the game") is made by DueTrack ("we"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play. We wrote it to match exactly what the game does.

What the game stores

Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, a consent form appears before any ads load; you can change your choice any time in Settings โ†’ Privacy Choices. On iPhone you can also change tracking in iOS Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Tracking.

Google's use of this data is covered by Google's own policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Game settings from our server

When the game starts it downloads a small settings file from our server (hosted on Cloudflare) that turns ad placements on or off and sets a few game values. The request contains only the game's package name and platform. Like any web request it reveals your IP address to the server, which is kept only in short-lived security logs and isn't linked to you.

Gameplay statistics

From version 1.1 the game sends anonymous gameplay statistics to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) so we can tune the levels: for example "level 12 started", "level 12 won with 2 stars", "a booster was used", "the Starter Pack was bought". Each batch carries only the random install ID above, the game version and these events. We store daily totals (how many players were active, which levels are won or lost most often), plus the first and last day each install ID was seen, to count how many players come back. We don't store your IP address with them, we don't link them to you or to advertising, and we never sell them. Install-level activity is deleted after about four months.

Game Center

If you're signed in to Game Center on iPhone or iPad, the game sends your total star count to the "Total Stars" leaderboard and unlocks Game Center achievements. This goes through Apple's Game Center service and is covered by Apple's privacy policy; you can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders on your device (for example when your daily gift is ready or your lives are full), at most one a day. They're created on the device; nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings โ†’ Reminders or in iOS Settings.

In-app purchases

If you make a purchase, it's handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. "Remove Ads" is an auto-renewing monthly subscription; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Children

The game is suitable for everyone, but it isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the game from your device deletes all game data we store. For advertising data, use the choices above or contact Google.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
